PLACING AN ORDER
Choose the desired products. Refresh the shopping cart once you have chosen the desired size and number of items. In case you are not registered as a customer, please select the country of delivery so that we can verify possible taxes. The 24 % VAT is deducted from all orders delivered outside of the EU. Check the value of the shopping cart and the shippng address. Please take into account when adding contact details that legal characters are a-z, A-Z and 0-9. Confirm the order. You are taken to the website of Checkout where you can choose the payment option (Credit Cards or Paypal). As soon as the webshop has received your order you will get an order confirmation by e-mail.
DELIVERIES IN FINLAND
The order is delivered to your nearest post office as a Priority package, Priority letter or large Priority letter. You can pick up the order from the post office after having received a notification. The orders are stored in the post office during the arrival week + 2 weeks onwards. For priority packages you will get a tracking code.
PAYMENT / FINNISH CUSTOMERS
The shopping is paid in the internet with web banking codes, credit cards, invoice or installment. The payment takes place on the website of the Finnish web payment service, Checkout (checkout.fi), where your web bank redirects you once you have confirmed the order. We accept the following debit cards: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Paikallisosuuspankki, Sampo Pankki, Tapiola, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken Aktia, Säästöpankki, Handelsbanken. You can also pay with the following credit cards: Visa and Visa Electron, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Debit MasterCard and Paypal. If you live in Finland you can pay by Klarna as well. DELIVERIES / FOREIGN CUSTOMERS
The method of delivery is the Finnish post. In some cases the shipping company can change to another depending on circumstances when the delivery is crossing the boarder. The shipping method is Priority. Economy shipping without tracking code (20-25 days) is available for some countries (see the list above)
PAYMENT / FOREIGN CUSTOMERS
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and PayPal. The payment takes place on the SSL-secured website of the Finnish web payment service, Checkout (checkout.fi), where the webshop redirects you once you have confirmed the order. If you live outside of the EU, you have to register as a customer or select the country of delivery in order to have the prices displayed without the 24 % VAT. The 24 % VAT is deducted from the price of all orders delivered outside of the EU. Acolyth is not in charge of import-induced taxes, customs fees or additional delivery fees.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FOR CUSTOMERS IN FINLAND
You have 14 days complete return and change option for all purchases. Always contact firstname.lastname@example.org first. Pack the product well, using the original package if possible. The products that you return have to be unused. The tags and labels attached to the products need to be intact and on their original places. Keep the receipt of the postal cost. The customer has the right to cancel the order or a part of it within 14 days of receiving the product.
RETURNS AND CHANGES / OTHER COUNTRIES
Please always first contact email@example.com before you return the products. Pack the product with care and return it in a normal package to the address provided by the customer service. Please keep the receipt of postage payment and tracking code. The products you return have to be unused. The tags and labels attached to the products need to be intact and in their original places. The customer has the right to cancel the product, order or a part of it within 14 days of receiving the product. We will refund any sums that you have paid us except money transferring costs, postage, handling and packaging. The order sum will be compensate via Paypal. When changing a product into a different size the shipping of the new product is free. It is of crucial importance that you inform the customer service and you post the product back as soon as possible if you decide to return a product. Otherwise handling and processing the return may take a longer time. If you are given a tracking code, please let customer service know the code. We do not accept returns you have posted more 14 days after informing the customerservice you want to change the product.
TRACKING AN ORDER IN FINLAND
If the shipping option is post package, you can follow the order with a tracking code given by email on the website www.posti.fi. If the delivery is not fetched in spite of notifications, for instance due to erroneous contact details given by the customer, it will be sent back to Acolyth. In that case the new shipping cost will be added to the order sum.
TRACKING AN ORDER / FOREIGN CUSTOMERS
You can follow your post package with your tracking code given by email. Seller is not responsible for the loss of products caused by third parties. If the delivery is not fetched in spite of notifications, for instance due to erroneous contact details given by the customer, it will be sent back to Acolyth and Acolyth has right to charge 12,90 € as extra handling costs when shipped back to the customer. Please note that the Economy (19€) shipping comes without tracking code. Acolyth is not responsible for a missing order in this case.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Acolyth makes up for a defective product by exchanging it for a new one, either the exact same product or a corresponding one. In case the product is damaged or you have assumptions about it being defective, please contact Acolyth customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you realize that the package is damaged when picking up the order, please make a notice of defect to the post office’s or the shipping company´s personnel and ask for a receipt.
GIFT CARDS, DISCOUNTS AND OTHER CAMPAIGN BENEFITS
You can only use one benefit at a time. The gift card cannot be transformed into money and it is valid for a limited time. If you return a product paid with a gift card or a discount, the gift card or the discount will be returned to you in its full value. A returned gift card is valid for two weeks. In case you have received the gift card due to your shopping cart reaching a certain value, but you afterwards return one or all the items, your gift card is no longer valid, as the current value of the shopping cart does not entitle you to the benefit.
The seller is not responsible for delays caused by a force majeure or for intermediary hindrances caused by defect quality of goods or delayed delivery. The seller is not responsible for the delays, losts or damages caused by third parties. The seller has the right to modify the terms of delivery. Before placing an order the customer has to familiarize themselves with the delivery terms valid at that time.
SAVING OF THE CUSTOMER’S PERSONAL DETAILS, THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITIES, RIGHTS AND THE APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
The personal details of the customer are saved into Acolyth’s customer service register. Acolyth does not give its customer details to third parties under any circumstances. By registering into the customer register the customer has agreed to Acolyth using their information in communication between Acolyth and the customer. Acolyth additionally holds the right to use the customer’s contact information for its mobile and e-mail marketing. The customer has the right to check their personal details, make changes to them or delete them from the register completely. The customer is responsible for all actions performed in the webshop under their username and password and they must ensure that the use of them respects the conditions stated in this agreement. The customer is responsible for keeping their password secret. The customer accepts to obey by law and good manners in using the service.
